This is a full-time, permanent position. This IS NOT a sales position. Candidates must have project management and customer service experience. Experience in printing and/or direct mail in an IT environment is ideal in this role but is not required. Candidates must also be computer literate. There is extensive client contact on a daily basis in this role. We're looking for candidates that enjoy working with customers. Excellent customer service skills is critical in this role as well as very good business writing skills. Other responsibilities include coordinating multiple projects and details through various stages of document production. Being able to work well with other team members is important as well.
