$52,000 - $55,000 per /year (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience with scheduling or EVV systems strongly preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle high call volume with professionalism and patience Reliable transportation and willing to travel to different locations. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the entire EVV system, including entering schedules, managing client/employee lists, activating/deactivating clients and HCAs, and collecting verified reports Respond to phone calls and adjust schedules promptly as needs emerge Distribute and revise HCA call schedules for requests, vacations, and emergencies Confirm and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring appropriate staffing Assist in the hiring and development of HCAs when needed Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling or operational issues Develop guidelines for prioritizing activities and ensuring adequate staffing levels Maintain accuracy of service records and ensure timely entry into the billing system Provide courteous and professional service to clients, visitors, and HCAs Maintain client files, records, and data for compliance and reporting Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate efforts and ensure high-quality care Handle client complaints appropriately and professionally Answer a high volume of calls promptly and courteously, ensuring outstanding customer service Maintain a neat and professional workstation/environment Uphold the strictest confidentiality of client and personal information Perform any other tasks assigned by management Skills and Abilities Excellent case management and prioritization skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure Professional communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting ability Sahara Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
