Handle incoming correspondence from lenders. Ability to handle billing questions from our clients and utilize carrier resources for solutions. Reach out to clients to gather information when necessary per account manager and/or carrier request In conjunction with Account Managers, remarket our clients as needed and bind coverage Review accounts that have been flagged on policy renewal reports and communicate with Account Managers on remarket strategy. When prompted from an Account Manager, review and/or remarket client accounts and provide feedback to the Account Manager or direct to the client. Make contact with clients prior to renewal advising of review in process. Prepare renewal summaries document in client database for VIP Clients. Prepare coverage renewal checklist for pro-active client segments. Proactively assist with communication between carriers and Account Managers Minimum Requirements Superior customer service and problem solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with individual deadlines Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
