CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

Join the Part Pac at Y-Yard Auto & Truck! For over 55 years, Y-Yard Auto & Truck has helped customers save money by providing quality recycled auto parts with exceptional service. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This position serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits or contacts Y-Yard. This role will start out hourly, with an opportunity to earn commission towards sales once trained.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting walk-in customers and visitors Answering and directing incoming phone calls Processing customer payments Assisting with part pickups and returns Handling customer paperwork and documentation Maintaining an organized front office and reception area Supporting sales, accounting, and management teams as needed Providing outstanding customer service while representing the Y-Yard brand

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software Attention to detail and accuracy Previous customer service, retail, office, banking, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred
