Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote services when appropriate. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems. Familiarity with call center technology, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette standards. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong analysis skills to interpret data and improve service delivery processes.
