Duties Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and excellent phone etiquette. Assist customers in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling service appointments efficiently and accurately. Provide multilingual support to accommodate a diverse client base, including bilingual communication in English and other languages as needed. Enter customer data into our systems with precision, maintaining accurate records of interactions, appointments, and client details. Support customer inquiries related to service processes, policies, and general information via phone or digital channels. Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary with integrity and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to analyze call data and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments, preferably within automotive or service industries. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Bilingual proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele. Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote services when appropriate. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems. Familiarity with call center technology, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette standards. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong analysis skills to interpret data and improve service delivery processes.
