Part Time Guest Service Coordinator--The Dump Furniture Outlet If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, the Part Time - Guest Service Coordinator role may be a great fit for you.
In this role, you'll be a key connection point for our guests—supporting them from the moment they make a purchase through delivery and any follow-up service needs. You'll represent our brand with professionalism and care, while helping ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive experience for both our guests and our store teams. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional, attentive service to guests throughout the sales, delivery, and post-delivery processServe as a professional brand ambassador for both internal teams and external customersCoordinate deliveries, service appointments, and customer pickups to ensure expectations are metCommunicate with guests by phone and email to confirm deliveries, services, and next stepsSupport customer service resolution by gathering details, photos, and documentation for follow-upAssist with order processing, exchanges, returns, and warranty-related requestsEnsure accuracy and organization of documentation and recordsHandle customer payments and support daily cash reconciliationPartner with store leadership to help resolve issues efficiently and profitably
