B2B manufacturing experience Unfortunately, candidates who do not meet all three requirements will not be considered. A well-established, family-owned manufacturer (~500 employees, ~$100M annual revenue) is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team of CSRs! ???? Schaumburg, IL ???? On-site Monday-Friday ????
Base Salary:
Up to ~$100K ????
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (fully onsite) ????
Team Size:
Managing 8-10 customer service reps What you'll be doing: ???? Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team ???? Driving customer satisfaction, order management, and issue resolution ???? Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Operations ????
