Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new). Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed. Greet and assist guests, as needed. Enter and submit documentation records of home visits. Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties. Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

Strong communication skills, oral and written. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills. HOST Trained (new - not sure if this goes here, or under education/experience)

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required. Access to an insured and reliable vehicle. Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
