This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data and systems, and supporting both customers and field teams to deliver exceptional service experiences. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in Scheduling, Logistics coordination and Customer Communication — particularly in a timely manner with a cared for response. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate service jobs from intake to completion using CRM and scheduling systems Communicate professionally with customers regarding service issues, delays, and resolutions Attentive listening skills with desire to capture and share details Manage logistics for parts, materials, and technician schedules Maintain accurate job records, notes, and documentation in CRM Identify complex service concerns and notify management team Ensure all interactions reflect world-class customer service and brand reputation
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience working in a CRM, Scheduling, Logistics and Communication Systems Strong phone etiquette and professional written communication Experience handling customer concerns or product/service issues High attention to detail and ability to gain specifics through communication Strong organizational and prioritization skills Confident in using technology and learning new systems Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Team-oriented mindset with accountability and ownership Preferred /
Bonus Experience:
Construction, window, or door industry experience Logistics or service coordination background Familiarity with work order systems or field service platforms Experience supporting NPS or customer satisfaction initiatives
