Job Description

About the Role As the Personal Lines Manager , you join a successful insurance organization to provide strong leadership to the personal risk team. You'll set goals and help execute plans that drive company growth, create service excellence, and ensure a high level of client retention.
Staff Development :
Train, mentor, and coach the client service team, empowering them to work autonomously and problem solve directly with clients. Conduct performance evaluations. Provide subject matter expertise and help resolve escalated service issues.
Operations :
Implement and utilize technologies that streamline service operations, promote best practices, and enhance workflows so daily policy administration, client management, new client onboarding, and renewal processes are as efficient as possible.
Growth :
Develop initiatives that support growth to include referrals, account rounding, cross-selling and other business development opportunities. Seek out new vendors, partnerships, and products that create brand awareness and give the agency a competitive advantage. Skills & Experience Minimum five (5) years of property and casualty insurance industry experience. Excel in a collaborative, team based service environment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives at once. State insurance license or able to obtain one shortly upon hire.
