Job description: Are you an outgoing, creative, high energy, reliable leader who prefers to be busy, has previous retail experience and superior customer service skills? If so, great! We are looking for a real life Willy Wonka to lead our team of candy connoisseurs. An opportunity for a team lead is available at our Woodstock, IL location at 101 S. Benton St. We offer a super fun, unique, family oriented work environment. We are looking for a candidate with previous retail experience. Enthusiasm, leadership skills, a positive attitude and the ability to drive sales are key characteristics of our Lead. You must also possess a passion for helping customers, nurturing an awesome team and building a strong customer base. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail to take their career to the next level. This opportunity requires FT/YR employment and the ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed. Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shops has become the largest and fastest growing soda pop and candy shop franchise brand in America. We offer hundreds of bottled soda pops and thousands of candies from all over America, including some from other galaxies. The gigantic selection will launch you back in time to when you were a kid—even if you are over a hundred light years old. Responsibilities and Duties Serving as a strong, reliable team leader Cash handling and making daily deposits Working with Manager to submit weekly product orders Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong visual merchandising skills Continuous high energy and passion for customer service In addition:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and providing guidance to your team
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the manager to ensure adequate stock levels
- Create employee schedules with guidance from Manager
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner Qualifications and Skills 1+ years of retail experience & 1+ years customer service Lead by example & create an environment and a team that consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences.
