This opportunity requires FT/YR employment and the ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Serving as a strong, reliable team leader Cash handling and making daily deposits Working with Manager to submit weekly product orders Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong visual merchandising skills Continuous high energy and passion for customer service In addition:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and providing guidance to your team
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the manager to ensure adequate stock levels
• Create employee schedules with guidance from Manager
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner Qualifications and Skills 1+ years of retail experience & 1+ years customer service Lead by example & create an environment and a team that consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences.
