On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our customer service operations in Elkhart, Indiana. This role involves overseeing a team of service experts, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Compensation:
$60k-$80k + 10% bonus Monday-Friday Onsite 8:00am-5:00pmBenefits:

- Supervise and guide the customer service team of 10-15 people. including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations
- Call center experience
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Oversee daily customer service operations.
- Identify and address operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the District Manager.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and people management skills, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and drive employee engagement.
- Proficiency in managing customer accounts and resolving escalated issues.
- Familiarity with call center operations, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Experience with operational systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks and provide high-level support to leadership.
