About this opportunity We are looking for a driven and hard-working leader who has exceptional ability to multitask, collaborate with a team, and communicate with customers effectively. This customer-facing role requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while contributing operationally to help improve overall team performance and scorecard results. Pay and Schedule This position is a Monday- Friday 6:00AM to 6:00PM . The pay range is $60,000-$70,000 dependent on experience. How will you contribute to the success of the team? As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing logistic solutions to customers while building long-lasting relationships, maintain data integrity Interacts with customers to evaluate and assess steps to exceed expectations Communication, communication, communication Data entry from load building to appointment setting providing updates to the customer through their online Maximize operational potential for revenue and utilization growth SOP completion for all new customer &/or lanes on-boarded by Account Manager Lead in depth compliance calls with your team and internal leadership as well as track and trace booked loads Ability to be flexible to support all aspects of the operations across all shifts The company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm to the employee or others.
