Job Description

Grote Mitsubishi -Fort Wayne, IN Grote Mitsubishi is looking for a Customer Engagement Team Lead to oversee our call center operations and help deliver a world-class customer experience. This position combines leadership, customer service, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others succeed while maintaining a high standard of customer communication.
Compensation:
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the call center team, monitor inbound and outbound customer communications, coach team members on phone skills, follow-up and appointment setting, track daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics, work closely with sales leadership to maximize opportunities, and create a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications:
Leadership experience preferred Automotive call center, retail, or customer service background Strong communication & organizational skills Goal-oriented mindset Ability to coach and develop others Maintain a fun, competitive, and positive work environment About Company At Grote Automotive, we're committed to putting the fun back in car buying.
