Manager Client Success Parkview Health - 3.7 Fort Wayne, IN Job Details 3 days ago Qualifications Stakeholder engagement Customer relationship building Health data analysis Client rapport building B2B business model Bachelor's degree Client management B2B Full Job Description Summary The Manager Client Success is responsible for ensuring clients realize measurable value from the organization's healthcare solutions and services. Owns the post-sale client relationship and is accountable for client satisfaction, retention, growth, and operational execution across employer groups. Serves as the primary strategic advisor to clients, translating business goals into operational execution while coordinating internal teams across operations, analytics, clinical programs, and implementation. Combines relationship leadership, operational management, and value realization to ensure clients achieve outcomes aligned with healthcare cost management, population health improvement, and service excellence. Education Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH).
Experience Required Experience:
7-12 years of experience in healthcare, health plans, digital health, employer health services, or healthcare consulting. 3-5 years managing enterprise or mid-market B2B clients. Experience translating healthcare analytics into actionable insights. Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with employer health programs, health plans, value-based care models, population health management and healthcare analytics. Experience working with employer groups, brokers, or health systems.

Ability to connect client goals with healthcare delivery, cost management, and population health strategies.
Relationship Leadership:
Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.

Ability to manage cross-functional execution in complex healthcare environments.

Ability to translate healthcare data into clear business insights.

Proactively identifying risks and developing solutions to improve client outcomes.
