- 120K + Benefits We've partnered with a well-established electrical contractor in the Kansas City metro seeking an experienced Electrical Service Project Manager to support its service department.
This is a strong fit for someone who understands electrical service work, enjoys managing crews and customer expectations, and can keep service jobs moving efficiently from request to completion. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage electrical service work orders across commercial, industrial, and residential accounts Coordinate service crews, scheduling, vendors, customers, and internal teams Oversee maintenance schedules and recurring service account needs Track productivity, job progress, cost control, and service quality Support field safety, team performance, and customer satisfaction Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, vendors, and office staff Help identify ways to improve service efficiency, profitability, and response times What We're Looking For • Experience in electrical service, electrical construction, or field service operations Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, permitting, and maintenance work Prior experience managing work orders, crews, schedules, or service jobs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Commercial or industrial electrical service experience strongly preferred Must be experienced — this is not an entry-level role MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
