Full time, exempt, benefits eligible. Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Client Service Manager is to train, supervise and mentor the Client Care Coordinators and Office Support Specialists. Specific duties include but not limited to: Hiring, training and supervision of Client Care Coordinators and Office Support Specialists. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide coaching and support to ensure high levels of service. Develop and implement workflows, protocols, and best practices to improve front desk operations. Scheduling staff to cover all shifts including back up coverage as may be needed. Handle escalated patient concerns or conflicts with professionalism and discretion. Ensure front desk staff maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards. Processing and distributing both incoming and inter-office mail daily to all buildings as required. Receiving check, cash and credit card payments to prepare the daily bank deposit. Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs related to the office and Community facility rooms Completing additional responsibilities that may be assigned as circumstances warrant.
Qualifications:
The Client Service Manager position requires but not limited to: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field or Associate's degree with 1 year experience in a similar role or a High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar role; two years of experience in a position of similar scope with two years prior supervisory experience in a medical office setting; knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment; strong computer skills; an ability to exercise sound, independent judgment; strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills in working with diverse publics; flexibility in assigned working hours; regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job;
