Client Service Manager

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Louisburg needs a client service manager superstar. Someone who is a community builder, who likes people, has great phone manners and can carry a conversation. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and calling existing clients. Sometimes those calls will be to set appointments or provide updates; sometimes you will have to make not-so-fun calls and remind clients of unpleasant things like paying their bills. You must be passionate about offering really fantastic service. You should be outgoing

• not necessarily an extrovert
• but it does mean you have to do what it takes to get the job done.

You have to be good at searching for solutions and problem solving. You need to be able to handle the action even when the agent is out of the office on appointments, etc. Attention to detail is a vital part of the role. While a good part of the job is building relationships, it is equally important to deliver a superior client experience. This means preventing errors, rewrites and other work that comes from missing details. You will need to be a team player that will take direction, learn and bring new ideas to the table. Ideal for someone not looking simply to be an "employee," rather wanting to be a right-hand person. The non-negotiable particulars of the job:

• Must become licensed in property/casualty insurance within the first 30 days of hire. Bonus if you become licensed in life/ health insurance as well.
• Proficient in all Microsoft products.
• Dress the part.

There aren't stuffy rules about no open-toed shoes or wearing a business suit every day, but you need to possess enough business acumen to know what is and isn't appropriate.
