Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our service team as a Service Support Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the service department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and aligns with our company core values and team culture. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately Schedule and confirm service appointments Greet customers and assist with service check-in/check-out processes Process customer payments and cashier transactions Assist with warranty-related calls, follow-up, and paperwork Maintain accurate customer and service records Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers Help manage workflow and customer communication during high-volume periods Perform general administrative and office support duties Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain professional and positive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed Basic computer and office software knowledge Previous receptionist, cashier, administrative, or automotive experience preferred but not required What We Are Looking For A dependable, energetic, and professional team player A person who can adapt quickly and handle multiple priorities at once Someone who enjoys helping customers and supporting a team environment
