ESSENTIAL TRAITS REQUIRED FOR LONG-TERM SUCCESS
An outgoing and optimistic individual who is very comfortable meeting new people. Responsible, punctual, mature, and self-disciplined. Naturally organized, able to prioritize tasks, and good with time management. Approaches and completes work with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Enjoys working at a methodical pace and double checking their work for accuracy. Adapt well to a role that can experience disruptions and changes to priorities or deadlines. Respond positively to unpredictable situations or problems that can occur in a workday. Adheres to rules and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer the phones, greet clients, and schedule client appointments. Prepare conference rooms for client appointments. Manage kitchen client essentials and order office supplies. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Help the communications team with client and office events. Work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operate scanner and printers. Help with other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required Operate Mac Laptop/Desktop, scanner, printer, VoIP phones.
QUALIFICATIONS
