Description We are seeking an experienced VP Professional Services for North America to lead and scale our regional delivery organization. This leader will drive successful customer outcomes, oversee complex enterprise implementations, and lead a high-performing services organization that supports customer adoption, value realization, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines consulting rigor, insurance domain expertise, and strong customer engagement skills, with experience managing senior teams in distributed and multicultural environments. This executive will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and global leadership to ensure consistent delivery excellence and strong customer impact across North America.
What you will do:
Lead the North America Professional Services organization, overseeing implementation, advisory, and solution delivery teams supporting enterprise insurance customers. Drive successful implementation of complex insurance technology solutions, enabling pricing, analytics, and data-driven decision platforms. Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, supporting strategic accounts and executive-level governance. Ensure high-quality delivery standards through structured consulting methodologies, rigorous program governance, and consistent execution excellence. Bring structure and decision clarity in fast-moving, complex environments, enabling teams to operate effectively at scale. Align customer commitments, product capabilities, and delivery realities to ensure sustainable, high-quality implementations. Provide input into deal shaping, SOW development, and pre-sales activities to ensure delivery feasibility, risk mitigation, and execution quality. Navigate cross-functional priorities and proactively drive alignment across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery. Translate real-world implementation experience into actionable, prioritized feedback for Product and Engineering to improve delivery effectiveness and customer outcomes. Own services financial performance, including revenue, utilization, and margin, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify expansion opportunities. Build and develop high-performing teams across North America, fostering collaboration across diverse and multicultural environments. Recruit, mentor, and develop senior leaders, strengthening manager-of-managers capabilities and building a strong leadership bench. Provide customer and market insights to inform product innovation and company strategy. Requirements You will do it using: 12-15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Delivery within enterprise software, analytics, or SaaS companies serving the insurance industry. Proven experience leading leaders with a strong track record as a manager of managers in complex, distributed organizations. Strong insurance domain expertise, particularly in pricing, rating, underwriting analytics, or actuarial-driven decision platforms. Deep understanding of insurance pricing, analytics, and data-driven decision making, including translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. Experience with insurance software products, with exposure to product management and product development processes. Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise implementations and large-scale transformation programs for insurance carriers. Experience leading large, distributed teams across North America, including multicultural and cross-functional environments. Background in consulting or consulting-led delivery environments, applying structured methodologies to complex implementations. Strong analytical and quantitative foundation, ideally in mathematics, actuarial science, analytics, or related fields. Excellent customer-facing and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders. Track record of scaling teams, improving delivery frameworks, and driving operational excellence. Ability to travel 15%- 25%, primarily in North America, occasionally international.
