Job Description

Schedule Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist | $23.00 - $31.25 Per hour. We pay for experience

7:30am to 3:30pm | Monday through

Danvers, MA Job Duties:
Manage incoming phone calls and email communications in a fast-paced office environment Respond to customer questions and service requests with professionalism and excellent customer care Schedule and coordinated service appointments while ensuring timely follow-up and dispatching Plan and optimize technician routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time Dispatch technicians based on availability, workload, and service priority Coordinate recurring maintenance appointments and managed preventative maintenance schedules Provide customers with real-time updates regarding technician arrival times and service status Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service calls, and scheduling information within dispatch software systems Communicate consistently with dispatchers, technicians, and customer service staff to relay scheduling updates, job changes, and critical service information Townsend Energy | Danvers, MA Founded in 1931, we are the local name you can depend on for energy and HVAC for residential, and light commercial heating and cooling needs. Dental What We Are Looking For:
2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or a related administrative office role Industry knowledge of heating oil, propane, gasoline, diesel, HVAC, or power generation systems is a strong advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Experienced using dispatch software, GPS systems, and other scheduling or tracking tools High school diploma or equivalent required
