Description :
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the Customer Service Department and deliver a high level of customer service by administrating all store claims for Distribution Centers, including 3rd party suppliers. Act as a liaison between stores and the distribution network, focused on resolving stores' distribution related problems and provide information to Distribution Management that is to improve service to the stores.
Essential Skills :
Analyze store claims, monitor trends and identify problem areas using all available resources, including creating and maintaining multiple databases which are sued by Customer service Department and Inventory Control. The database track and summarize store claim research, store returns, load audits, etc. which help pinpoint where distribution can improve service. Make recommendations to Distribution Manager for areas requiring corrective action. Direct and mentor the customer service support associates. Support the printing of claims from the Liaison Department Store Delivery Claim Application and distribute to appropriate locations. Prepare claim summary reports for management by week and period. Communicate disposition of claims to stores. Notify stores of delivery problems. Track all 3rd party inbound pallets and generate monthly reports. Research store claims and provide recommendations. 2-4 years The salary range for this position is $139,120 - $208,680 per year and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
