Job Description

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a home services company in Littleton, MA. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, scheduling service calls, dispatching field technicians, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and provide excellent customer service Schedule service appointments and prioritize customer requests Dispatch service technicians and communicate schedule updates Handle customer questions and concerns professionally while providing excellent customer service Resolve issues and help de-escalate customer concerns when needed Prepare service packets and related documentation Contact customers to schedule routine maintenance and service appointments Process customer invoices and payments Scan and maintain electronic records Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of customer service, dispatching, call center, or administrative experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$25-$27/hr, depending on experience This is an approximately 4-month temporary assignment covering a maternity leave, with the potential for extension or long-term employment based on business needs.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
