At Modern Legacy Law Group, we help families create estate plans that protect the people they love. The work we do is important, and we believe the experience should be welcoming, approachable, and human. The Client Experience & Office Administrator plays a key role in making that happen. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient office management, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike. As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming environment while handling administrative duties that keep our operations running smoothly. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive positive interactions and support the overall success of our firm. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer support at all times Conduct intake calls with prospective clients Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, including document proofreading and data entry to ensure accuracy Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using Microsoft Office tools Support administrative functions such as copying, scanning, mailing, and managing correspondence efficiently Handle office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and coordinate office maintenance to keep the office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly Support attorneys and team members with day-to-day office needs

Friendly and enjoys working with people Organized and detail-oriented Professional and dependable Comfortable talking with clients by phone and in person Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Eager to learn and grow Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills No Legal Experience Required Prior legal experience is not necessary. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
