Job Description

Job Summary Join our growing team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. As the central point of contact between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management, you'll coordinate service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, and ensure seamless communication throughout the service process. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling service requests and providing exceptional customer support. Schedule, coordinate, and confirm technicians for service calls, maintenance visits, and emergency requests. Create, update, and track service work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain customer, equipment, warranty, and service records within the service management system. Coordinate parts ordering and warranty claims. Assist with invoicing, reporting, and departmental administrative functions. Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. Support operational efficiency, process improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with dispatching, or service management software preferred. Detail-oriented problem solver with strong decision-making abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Experience in a service-related industry (HVAC, fireplace, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services) preferred. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
