Total Compensation:
$112,000•$150,000 We're not looking for a desk manager. We're looking for a field leader . This role is built for someone who thrives in the trenches — coaching technicians in real time, driving performance, and building a culture centered around accountability, customer experience, and results. If you have strong Nexstar or structured service-system experience and know how to elevate technicians through ride-alongs, KPI coaching, and direct feedback, this could be the right fit. What You'll Be Doing Conducting 2-3 daily ride-alongs with service technicians Observing calls from start to finish and coaching in real time Running weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on technician growth Reviewing KPIs, call recordings, conversion metrics, and memberships Leading daily huddles and weekly technical + soft-skill trainings Driving consistency around options-based selling and customer experience Enforcing service process execution across the field Helping technicians improve close rate, average ticket, financing, and memberships What Success Looks Like You'll directly influence: Opportunity close rates Average ticket growth Service-to-replacement conversions Membership attach rates Financing penetration Callback reduction Customer satisfaction and 5-star reviews What We're Looking For Experience coaching or leading residential service technicians Strong background with Nexstar, Service MVP, BDR, or similar systems Comfortable giving direct, data-driven feedback ServiceTitan experience preferred High-energy leadership style with strong accountability Willingness to spend most of your time in the field Valid driver's license and clean background check
Big Plus:
HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trade background/license
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese Job Type:
