Customer Service Representative / Office Administrator Pembroke, MA 02359 From $21 an hour - Full-time From $21 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are a busy fireplace and chimney service company seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is essential to our daily operations and requires someone who can handle a fast-paced office environment. Our business becomes especially busy during the fall and winter seasons, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable managing a high volume of incoming phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service and organization. Responsibilities Answer and manage high-volume incoming customer phone calls Schedule service appointments using a scheduling application Provide professional and friendly customer service Coordinate technician schedules and daily service routes Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks using QuickBooks Help keep the office organized and running efficiently Requirements Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks experience Strong phone and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous office administration, customer service, or dispatching experience preferred Pay From $21 an hour based on experience with 6 month review.
