Customer Experience Supervisor FunBox Bowie | Bowie, MD About the Role FunBox Bowie is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead the guest experience from the moment a family walks through our doors to the moment they leave with a memory. This person will oversee our Front of House operations, support our Party and Park teams, and hold the standard for what great service looks and feels like at FunBox. If you love creating systems, developing people, and making sure every detail is accounted for — this role was built for you. What You'll Own ∙ Lead and supervise the Front of House team, including daily operations, staff scheduling, and real-time floor support ∙ Partner closely with the Party Supervisor and Park & Arcade Supervisor to ensure seamless cross-team coordination ∙ Set, monitor, and drive team performance toward guest experience targets and operational benchmarks ∙ Conduct regular staff check-ins, performance coaching, and accountability conversations ∙ Design, update, and enforce checklists, verification systems, and SOPs across all guest-facing areas ∙ Serve as the senior point of contact for guest concerns, complaints, and escalations — investigating thoroughly before resolving ∙ Support Park operations during high-volume periods and events as needed ∙ Use venue management platforms, POS systems, and scheduling tools confidently and teach others to do the same ∙ Identify gaps in process or guest experience and bring solutions, not just problems What We're Looking For ∙ 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a family entertainment center, indoor play venue, hospitality, or events environment ∙ Proven track record supervising or developing a team of 5+ people ∙ Strong organizational skills — you live by checklists, systems, and follow-through ∙Tech-comfortable:
able to quickly learn and use digital tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting ∙ Experience supporting or working alongside an event/party operation is a strong plus ∙ Calm under pressure, especially on high-volume weekends ∙ A genuine love for creating great experiences for kids and families ∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Types:
