Client Care ManagerJob Summary Right at Home, In Home Care and Assistance Frederick, MD - servicing Frederick County Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm We're looking for a relationship-driven leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, inspires teams through challenges, and finds purpose in helping families navigate some of life's most important decisions. Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Care Manager to oversee non-medical in-home care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with a passion for supporting clients, caregivers, and team members. This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, conducting in-home assessments, developing care plans, supervising care staff, resolving client concerns, and driving agency growth through consultative sales and exceptional service. The Client Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, personalized care while helping more families access the support they need.
A Day In The Life:
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Supervise, mentor, and support caregivers while promoting accountability, engagement, and quality service. Partner with Schedulers to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches and optimal service delivery. Monitor client satisfaction through ongoing communication, assessments, and follow-up visits. Address client and caregiver concerns promptly and professionally to achieve positive outcomes. Manage documentation, compliance requirements, reporting, and operational workflows. Lead initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience. Provide training and oversight on customer service, safety protocols, and care standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Guide prospective clients and families through the care decision-making process from initial inquiry to service start. Convert inquiries and referrals into long-term client relationships through compassionate consultation, active listening, and exceptional follow-up. Support agency growth through relationship-based sales, community outreach, and referral source development. Serve as a leader and resource for the office team, collaborating across departments to ensure client, caregiver, and office satisfaction. Requirements A vaild Driver's Lic. and Vehicle with Care Insurance (travel throughout Frederick County required, mileage reimbursement included) Okay with pets, as clients may have pets during your in-home consultations Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check Minimum 2 years of high-volume, person-centered sales experience. Experience in client services, care coordination, operations, or management within healthcare, home care, or a related service industry. Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Timely follow-up and communication Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to analyze client needs, operational challenges, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Supervisory experience in healthcare or a service-oriented setting preferred.
