Service Intake Coordinator Springer's Jewelers | Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available Position Overview Springer's Jewelers is seeking a professional, service-focused Service Intake Coordinator to support clients through jewelry and timepiece service needs with care, confidence, and attention to detail. This role serves as a key point of contact within the Service Department, helping clients understand repair and maintenance options while ensuring a seamless service experience from intake through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a client-facing environment where relationship-building, operational accuracy, and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients with jewelry and timepiece service needs Assess service requests and clearly explain service options, timelines, and next steps Create accurate service intake documentation, descriptions, and records Coordinate effectively with service teams, repair partners, and Client Advisors to support repair workflows Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding service updates and expectations Support a polished, organized, and client-focused service environment Assist with routine operational and service support tasks as needed What We're Looking For Successful candidates are relationship-driven professionals who enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service experiences. CAPABILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCCESS
Experience in client-facing service or retail roles that supports consultative conversation and trust-building. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to explain services clearly and confidently, helping clients understand value and care considerations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to support accurate intake and documentation. Clear, professional communication skills that support collaboration across sales and service teams. Adaptability to varying service scopes based on location needs, training, and business demands.
