What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing service advisor team Own the customer experience from first contact through follow-up Drive customer retention by creating trust, consistency, and accountability Coach your team on communication, professionalism, and relationship-building Partner closely with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Manage workflow, scheduling, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Set clear expectations and hold your team to high service standards What we offer: Starting salary of $60k Earn $80 - $100k per year to start (Salary, plus bonus) Amazing growth potential! What We're Looking For:
Leadership experience in hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, retail leadership, or customer service operations Proven ability to build teams, coach employees, and drive performance Strong customer-focus with an emphasis on loyalty and repeat business Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, confident leader who leads from the front (Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — the right leader can be trained) Why Auto Care Plus?
