Account Manager - Orthotics & Prosthetics (Part-Time)

The Role:
Account Manager - Orthotics & Prosthetics (Part-Time) As an Account Manager in the Orthotics & Prosthetics division, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining key account relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation to support seamless patient care. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision What You'll Be Doing Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and relationship management Travel to assigned Stock & Bill locations weekly to manage on-site inventory and program needs Oversee inventory levels to ensure product quality and availability Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Collect, review, and validate prescriptions and medical necessity documentation Work with account contacts to update and correct documentation and patient demographics as needed Monitor order status and documentation accuracy in partnership with internal coordinators Manage the full order process—from entry to invoicing Perks & Benefits Competitive pay Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid time off + floating holiday 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Training and growth opportunities
