Job Description:
You'll play an important role in our daily operations, working independently across multiple locations. This is an active job with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including: Assisting customers and recommending the right storage solution for their needs. Keeping our facilities sparkling clean through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and light maintenance. Required to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Conduct daily property checks to check on unit availability ensuring each unit is customer-ready. Reconciling daily payments and making bank deposits. Helping customers stay on top of their payments by making timely follow-up reminder calls. Will be required to work at multiple facilities in the Metro-Detroit area.
Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals that care about helping people. It's a bonus if you've worked in a service-based industry such as retail, fast food, property management, or hospitality.
