Full-Time | Monday-Friday Corrigan Moving Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Dearborn, MI. In this role, you will support commercial moving operations by coordinating customer accounts, managing move details, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial moving customers Coordinate move schedules, documentation, inventories, and service requirements Communicate with operations, dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure successful move execution Provide customers with timely updates regarding move status, scheduling changes, and special requests Assist with billing paperwork and move-related documentation Support account management activities for commercial clients Step in to assist with additional customer accounts, including military household moves, as business needs require Maintain accurate records within company systems and follow established company processes Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with move management systems preferred Ability to work collaboratively across departments Professional, customer-first mindset What We Offer Career growth opportunities within a family-owned organization Supportive and team-driven work environment Stable, full-time schedule — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekly competitive pay: $22/hr.
