Our client, a leading organization in the consumer support industry, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Customer Engagement Support team, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with consumers. Fremont, MI What's the Job? Engage with consumers via phone, email, live chat, SMS text, and eCommerce platforms to address inquiries, complaints, and praise. Support all brands within the Nestlé Nutrition CES scope by providing expert advice, nutrition information, and personalized solutions. Foster consumer loyalty and drive sales through exceptional customer service and product education. Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions to enhance customer experience. Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA and Nestlé requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Engage OMNI. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Customer service experience with a focus on delivering positive consumer interactions. What's in it for me?
