Our client, a leading organization in the health and nutrition industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Customer Service Senior Coordinator to join their team. As a Contact Center Customer Service Senior Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Customer Engagement Support team, supporting various brands within the organization. Engage with consumers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals through written channels such as SMS, live chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media, providing timely and accurate responses. Support all brands within the Nestlé Nutrition CES portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer interactions. Foster consumer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service, expert advice, nutrition and product education, and personalized solutions. Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA and organizational requirements, maintaining high standards of safety and quality. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce Engage OMNI, with a focus on consumer data privacy handling. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. Customer service experience, with a passion for helping others and delivering positive outcomes.
