is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Customer Liaison to serve as the primary connection between our customers, leadership, and production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long‑term relationships, organizing details, and helping customers navigate a smooth, professional ordering experience. This is not a high‑pressure sales role —it's a relationship‑driven position with performance incentives tied specifically to successful customer onboarding. Why This Role Stands Out ✅ Relationship‑focused ✅ Clear processes and modern tools ✅ On‑site training with structured onboarding ✅ Direct impact on customer satisfaction and production success ✅ Growing company with long‑term opportunity What You'll Do Customer Communication & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers Maintain a same‑business‑day response standard via phone, email, and text Provide clear updates on design approvals, production status, and timelines Build trust‑based relationships that encourage repeat business Customer Outreach & Account Reactivation Proactively reach out to current and past customers, including CrossFit affiliates and boat dealerships Re‑engage dormant accounts and reintroduce Fabri‑Tech services Guide customers through onboarding and ordering using our Design Builder app New Lead Follow‑Up & Onboarding Follow up promptly with new leads assigned by leadership Conduct discovery conversations to understand: Garment needs and quantities Design requests and revisions Timelines and expectations Earn commission by successfully onboarding new customers and setting them up for repeat success Technology & Order Documentation Learn and become proficient in Fabri‑Tech's Design Builder app , including: Garment configuration and customization Design upload and reuse Order setup Accurately document customer profiles, order history, and production notes in Teamworks software Keep customer data organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date Internal Coordination Serve as the communication bridge between customers, leadership, and production Clearly relay customer expectations, deadlines, design details, and revisions Ensure production receives complete, accurate information for every order Training & Onboarding Support We set you up for success from day one. On‑site training provided Structured 30‑day onboarding plan covering: Fabri‑Tech systems and software Customer workflows and documentation standards Production communication and expectations Ongoing support from leadership and internal teams What Success Looks Like Customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process Production receives accurate, complete order details every time Customers are successfully onboarded and return for repeat orders Leadership stays informed of customer needs and opportunities Who This Role Is a Great Fit For Someone who enjoys being the "go‑to" person customers rely on A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning new software and following structured processes Organized, responsive, and dependable Customer‑service mindset with professional follow‑through ✅ Experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, or inside sales is helpful but not required
