Attractions Supervisor Camp '89 Grand Haven Grand Haven, MI 49417 Seasonal Full-Time | Spring - Fall About Camp '89 Camp '89 is a family-focused campground in Grand Haven, Michigan, offering camping, recreation, and outdoor fun for families from across the Midwest. Attractions include our ice cream shop, mini golf course, go-kart track. Position Overview Camp '89 is looking for an Attractions Supervisor to help oversee the day-to-day operation of the ice cream shop, mini golf course, go-kart track. This position will assist with staff scheduling, customer service, daily operations, and helping ensure guests have a fun and positive experience throughout the season. This is a hands-on position that works alongside staff while helping keep attractions running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist with the daily operation of the ice cream shop, mini golf course, and go-kart track Help train, schedule, and support seasonal staff Provide excellent customer service to campground guests and the public Handle guest questions and help resolve concerns Assist with opening and closing procedures Monitor attraction areas for cleanliness and safety Help maintain inventory of ice cream products, supplies, and merchandise Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems when needed Help ensure attractions are operating efficiently throughout the day Qualifications Previous customer service, retail, food service, recreation, or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and organized Comfortable working with both guests and staff Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask during busy periods Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Weekend and holiday availability required during the camping season What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Fun outdoor work environment Employee discounts Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth within the campground Friendly and supportive team atmosphere
