Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing showroom presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked. Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Assist customers with product information, selection, and general inquiries. Support the sales team in achieving showroom goals and objectives. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Maintain accurate records of showroom activities, customer interactions, and inventory movements. Coordinate product displays, merchandising updates, and promotional setups. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Train, coach, and supervise showroom staff to maintain high service standards. Schedule staff and manage daily workflow to ensure efficient showroom operations. Collaborate with management and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Monitor showroom performance and prepare reports as requested. Support special events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Assist customers and contractors with HVAC product selections, system components, and showroom displays. Maintain knowledge of current HVAC products, industry trends, and manufacturer offerings. Qualifications Previous HVAC industry experience , including familiarity with HVAC equipment, products, and terminology. Previous experience in retail, showroom, customer service, sales management, or HVAC distribution preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with basic computer systems and business software.
