Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in our Lapeer, MI office. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions, and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Key duties include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing renewals, and assisting with claims or policy changes. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with other team members to achieve client goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, provide outstanding customer service, and identify client needs Attention to detail and proficiency in managing accounts and policy documents Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred Comfort with learning and utilizing insurance software and technology Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and handling confidential information with integrity Insurance Producer License for Property and Casualty (P&C) or willingness to obtain relevant certification
