The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service appointments. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion. Communicate with technicians, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues. Coordinate parts with customer deliveries Coordinate with parts department for shipping Tracking of service department tools Prepare reports and update databases as required. Provide excellent customer service and support. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or service coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional development opportunities
