Position Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients find the right solutions? We're looking for an Account Manager who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure they receive the support and coverage solutions that best fit their situation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer service and sales in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as a trusted resource by answering questions and providing ongoing support. Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to enhance client protection and satisfaction. Follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries. Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and account maintenance. Educate clients on available products and services that align with their needs. Work closely with team members to achieve agency growth goals. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain upon hire. Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or account management preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable discussing products, recommendations, and solutions with clients. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
