Job Description

OsborneKlein is a fast-growing financial advisory practice dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized service and advice. This position completes tasks which allow the advisors to focus time and energy on clients and deepening client relationships. This position allows the advisors the assurance that the practice is being maintained and supported within Ameriprise Financial guidelines. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Promote the brand of Osborne Klein 's desired image and industry position and ensure consistent client experiences throughout the Practice offices. Ensure a tidy office environment. Welcome clients to our offices and answer general multi-office multi-line phone and handle general inquiries about the Firm. Schedule meetings for Financial Advisors located in the OSBORNE Region of Osborne Klein . Complete advisor directed tasks to support client meetings, financial planning, and service delivery. Facilitate business processing by reviewing client data, completing forms, and notating Advisor direction during meetings with clients. Prepare and present correspondence and agreements for advisor and client signatures. Maintain security by following procedures with sensitive client information. Invite people to events sponsored by Financial Advisors. Participate in marketing events. Complete various administrative duties, as requested by the Practice Manager. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the Practice. Learn and abide by Ameriprise corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
Education and Other Designations:
College degree or higher 2+ years of similar experience Federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses are
