Job Description:
As a Service Associate at Michigan Solar Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. From addressing customer inquiries to troubleshooting solar-related issues, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner. Collaborate with internal teams to set and achieve goals, facilitate vendor communication, and support sales initiatives. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve solar-related issues effectively. Contact solar manufacturers to run diagnostics and submit warranty claims on behalf of the customer. Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Add new customers and relevant information to the CRM system (Sunbase). Maintain and update customer records in the CRM to ensure accurate and current information. Answer scheduling inquiries via email and phone. Handle the processing tasks for completed work orders on OneDrive Upload scheduled dates and work orders to 3rd party portals. Perform other administrative tasks when required
Qualifications:
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Word. Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Why Michigan Solar Solutions?
