Job Description

Office Coordinator / Customer Service & Scheduling Downriver Pest Control is hiring an Office Coordinator to become the main point of contact for customers, technicians, and daily office operations. This is not a basic receptionist job. This is a high-trust role for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized under pressure, and able to help run the front end of a growing service business. At first, this role will be broad. You will help with customer calls, scheduling, billing, technician support, customer complaints, lead follow-up, and office organization. As the company grows, responsibilities will become more focused based on your strengths.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally
  • Convert new customer inquiries into booked services
  • Schedule and reschedule pest control appointments
  • Support technicians throughout the day
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and follow-up
  • Help with billing, payments, failed payments, and account updates
  • Keep accurate notes in our customer management system
  • Help improve office processes as the company grows What we are looking for:
  • Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to stay calm with upset customers
  • Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and scheduling software
  • Sales or service-business experience is a plus
  • Pest control experience is helpful but not required This role is a good fit for someone who wants responsibility, stability, and a real growth path inside a local company.
Pay:
$22
  • 26 per hour based on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunity after training Target first-year compensation: $48,000
  • 60,000+ depending on experience and performance
