Pay:
$18-$24 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview 360 Photography is a growing real estate media company providing photography, 360 tours, and drone services to real estate professionals. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Client Coordinator to manage scheduling, client communication, and daily administrative operations. This role is critical to keeping our business organized, responsive, and professional. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate real estate photo shoots Communicate with clients via email, phone, and text Handle reschedules, confirmations, and follow-ups Send invoices and assist with basic billing tasks Maintain accurate calendars, files, and client records Update CRM and internal systems as needed Support day-to-day business operations Identify and suggest process improvements when appropriate Required Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office software Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred (Not Required) Previous administrative, office, or client service experience Experience in real estate, photography, or service-based businesses Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, or invoicing software Remote or hybrid work experience Work Schedule & Growth Part-time to start (approximately 20-30 hours per week) Flexible scheduling after training Opportunity to grow into a full-time or operations-focused role What Success Looks Like in This Role Shoots are scheduled accurately and efficiently Clients receive prompt, professional communication Calendars, files, and records stay organized Fewer interruptions to field photographers Smooth daily operations and satisfied clients
Pay:
$14.00 - $22.00 per hour
