What You'll Do:

Prepare and manage customer quotes while helping drive business growth Build, maintain, and strengthen B2B customer relationships Proactively follow up on customer opportunities and account needs Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and increase account value

What We're Looking For:

Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail (math aptitude is required) Excellent organizational and data accuracy skills Experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related customer-facing role preferred Strong communication skills with a professional, proactive approach Metal industry experience is a plus, but not required Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $50,000 per year + commission opportunity upon successful completion of training and transition into an active account portfolio Medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective the 1st of the month following 60 days) 401(k) with company match (eligible the 1st of the month following start date; no vesting period) Employer-paid life insurance (up to 1x annual salary) Optional short-term and long-term disability (effective day one)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no weekends) Candidates selected for an in-person interview will complete a basic math assessment.

This position is 100% in-person in Troy, MI (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM). Are you able to reliably commute and work this schedule? What is your desired annual base salary?
