Stevens Equipment Supply, a member of Daikin Industries, is a wholesale distributor of equipment, parts, and supplies to industries including Residential and Light Commercial Heating & Air Conditioning, Hospitality and Refrigeration. We are seeking a skilled individual for our HVAC Customer Service Supervisor position for our branch operations group located at our Eagan, MN branch. The CS Supervisor ensures customer service within the branch operates to company standards. Provides leadership, training and guidance among the CSRs and clerks at the branch in order to provide exceptional customer service and safe work practices. Why work with us? Responsibilities may include:
To supervise and oversee all the work and functions of Customer Services Representatives. Responsible for time & attendance of Customer Service Representatives. Delegate all work flow to team representatives and accountable for their goals and work performance. Provide feedback to Customer Service employees on performance and disciplinary actions when needed. Provide motivation to staff on giving excellent customer service to our customers. Recruit for open positions in department, review resumes and interview potential candidates. Coach & train employees when needed. Participates and/or leads improvement efforts. Captures & compiles data relating to department. May provide direction amongst branch hourly personnel, specifically CSRs and Clerks Ensure all employees are following work processes/procedures and take the required training Assist Branch Manager with branch operations
Knowledge and Skills:
May provide direction amongst branch hourly personnel, specifically CSRs and Clerks Ensure all employees are following work processes/procedures and take the required training Assist Branch Manager with branch operations Support sales teams and inside account representatives as well as all branches if needed
Experience:
5+ years with customer service and supervisory experience
Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
