Base salary plus uncapped monthly departmental commission Earning potential of $100,000+ Interstate Power Systems is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations at our state-of-the-art 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Lakeville, MN. This key leadership role focuses on driving department performance, business growth, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain top service talent Support company sales efforts Monitor key metrics: revenue, profitability, efficiency, and productivity Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies Accurately quote jobs and maintain consistent pricing Oversee work orders and service invoicing Communicate goals and policies to the team Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements:

Strong experience in the heavy-duty diesel truck/equipment industry Proven leadership in a service or diesel environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel equipment and repair processes Understanding of financials (P&L) and business metrics Experience with Lean/5S principles preferred Prior Service Manager or Supervisor experience strongly preferred
